LacPatrick, a merging of two local co-ops, remains true to its roots, and now operates as an independent co-operative still owned by local farmers, contributing financially, socially and environmentally to the local rural community.

On a daily basis the co-op collects milk from over a thousand dairy farms and processes that into the butter, milk and yogurt that they supply to Lidl. Our Dairy Manor Creamery Butter in particular has a short list of ingredients, consisting simply of cream, water and salt making it a completely natural product. The entire process, from cow to shelf, takes just 3 days – guaranteeing our customers fresh, quality produce everyday.
