Founded by Cecil Manning, who came from Galway to Dublin in the 1950s to open a bakery on Collins Avenue, Manning’s has seen three generations run the family business with passion and care. Eamonn Manning, Operations Director speaks glowingly about how much the bakery “is part of his family and how their recipes are part of his heritage” and also of how Lidl’s “partnership” policy supports real, long term, sustainable growth for Irish family businesses like Mannings.

Mannings have been supplying Lidl since 2011, employing over 300 people in the Dublin area, and they are proud to use ingredients sourced from registered, sustainable suppliers in their range of delicious products to ensure quality produce.
