McCormack Farms, based in Co. Meath, was first set up by Eddie McCormack, in 1984. Since then, son’s Stephen, Padraic and Edwin have joined this family run business who have been supplying spinach, mixed leaves, rocket and herbs to Lidl since 2010. Demand for fresh, quality leaves and herbs, combined with the drive to move forward in the sector has seen McCormacks expand their business over the past number of years.

McCormack Farms are hard at work to maintain their high quality produce and efficient packing systems – so much so that they are building a new 1500 sq mt. refrigeration and packing facility to continue supplying the some of the best quality and freshest produce on the market.
